附註：

　　這是日本電影〈新里見八犬傳〉的主題曲，是改編自瀧澤馬琴所著之《南總里見八犬傳》一書。主要演員都是當時日本的最紅的演員，包括玉女偶像藥師丸，性格偶像小生真田廣之以及千葉真一等。電影本身是一部改編自日本民間傳說的神怪片，卻請來外國人寫作及演唱英文的主題曲，在當時可謂一大創舉，以至於90年代的日本偶像劇經常選用西洋藝人的作品作為主題曲，也就稀鬆平常、見怪不怪。然經過時間的淬煉，人們對〈新里見八犬傳〉這部電影已經不復記憶，這首抒情悅耳的主題曲卻流傳久遠，即使在今天，網路上仍然經常有人在詢問這首歌曲。
